Contributed to PREPARE, a multimodal assessment and intelligent learning management platform, for 2.5 years and played a major role in advancing it. Integrated audio, video, scores, virtual patient, and EHR data; built services and data pipelines; and advanced LLM, RAG, NLP, and event-detection workflows. Supported deployments across six partner sites and automated multi-site deployments that had required more than a day of manual work.

Built backend and data-processing services for transcript ingestion and evaluation. Developed agentic RAG workflows and real-time APIs; reduced processing delay by about 12% and improved WebSocket transfer efficiency by about 30%.

Supported Banner ERP and university applications, permissions, software configuration, SQL reporting, and institutional data workflows. Gathered faculty and administrator needs and delivered practical reporting and technical support.
